I like Logan, but didn't really like Veronica she was getting on my nerves about disliking werewolves, we get it.

Veronica has an issue. After losing her parents in a tragic accident that she never really dealt with she feels like she is losing her sister too— newly turned werewolf and now getting married to another werewolf— Veronica now hates all werewolves thinking they are uncontrollable monsters and feels more alone than ever. The only thing bringing a smile to her face these days is her secret admirer.
Logan has been hired by Veronica’s soon to be brother-in-law and his best friend to protect her because not only is he enforcer for their pack but he is best at what they do. and Veronica’s secret admirer has turned stalker. Now can he just do his job well enough to catch the sucker before its too late? For what you Ask? For both their lives to change in ways neither of them want.

This book was just as good as the first one, but the cover definitely fitted better along with the title.
So we have a prejudiced woman who's sister was bitten by a were-wolf and an were-wolf how has been hired by her almost were-wolf brother in law as she has been getting lots of noted an flowers from a secret admirer, but what she doesn't know is that it is another were-wolf.
Logan, who we met briefly in the first book does not do weddings of relationships. He likes one night stands because he saw what love did to his mother.
Logan is not so alpha male, but he does have a soft sweet side along with that all important protective side with a good dollop of hotness.
Both at times are simply stupid and I wanted to knock their heads together, but overall it was another good book from the author. I really do hope we have more books in the series and would love to see a book for Mr Bloomfield, Drakes second.

An Unlikely Pair
Veronica is a wedding planner who believes in love. She's thrilled to have a secret admirer who sends her flowers and sweet notes.
But she hates werewolves.
A werewolf viciously attacked her sister, Leah, turning her into a werewolf. Her sister is now marrying a werewolf, Jake, but Veronica hasn't come to terms with it even though she's planning their wedding.
Logan is a hit man and bodyguard for the Seattle Wolf Pack, and Jake's buddy from the Marines. Jake hired Logan to be Veronica's bodyguard, because he knows that her "secret admirer" is actually a rogue werewolf who is stalking her.
Oh, and Logan is a werewolf who doesn't believe in love.
So what do you get when you pair a werewolf-hating wedding planner with a commitment-phobic werewolf? Instant attraction, of course!
Logan's cover is blown early in his job, and he and Veronica end up spending a lot of time together. And spending a one-half night stand. (Yes, I made that term up, but it fits.) Veronica is aware that Logan is a playboy, but she doesn't know that he's a werewolf. And she doesn't believe that her secret admirer is a creepy stalker.
And then it all hits the fan. Veronica realizes that her secret admirer is a dangerous, creepy stalker. She finds out that Logan is werewolf. And Logan realizes that he's falling into a relationship that he doesn't want.
A happy ending just doesn't seem to be a part of the plan.
A Heart-Warming Love Story
Logan is an Ian Somerhalder look-alike who will curl your toes. He's protective, sexy and funny. He has a side to him that he keeps secret. I'll keep his secret, also, so you can find out for yourself. He was introduced in [b:Gone with the Wolf|17830311|Gone with the Wolf (Seattle Wolf Pack, #1)|Kristin Miller|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1366410757s/17830311.jpg|24945461], but comes alive in Four Wedding and a Werewolf. He has a lot to learn about love.
Veronica has a lot to learn about prejudice. Although she's witty and has some great lines, there are times when she's unintentionally nasty. You just want to unintentionally smack her upside the head.
The book moves along at a good clip as you turn the pages to see what Logan and Veronica or the stalker will do next. Although I did guess the identity of the stalker early on, the climax is creepy enough to make up for it.
Four Weddings and a Werewolf is a fun, funny, light read with an edge of danger to it. It's a nice blend. Mild spoiler alert: The last chapter is beautiful and guaranteed to leave you smiling and satisfied.
Enjoy!

The Wedding Planner
First thing of note: If you are a fan of Jessica Sims' Midnight Liaisons series, as I am, you will LOVE this new series! It has a very similar vibe to it.
I say "new," this is actually book two, although I confess I didn't read book one (probably because I didn't realise there was one until too late - Oops!). But I found it worked perfectly well as a standalone novel. There were a few references to the sister's relationship from the first book, but the romance and mystery here were new and self-contained.
Second thing of note: This book had a really decent mystery and a believable, enjoyable romance. Something the flippant sounding title might not convey.
Both main characters, Logan (werewolf) and Veronica (not), are in their early thirties, and therefore know what they want and what they don't want. For Logan Black, that last thing has always been marriage. He's having none of it and sees it as a farce, an expensive lie. Point proven by his own mother's three failed marriages and current unhappy werewolf mating. So imagine how the sparks fly when he's asked to provide bodyguard duty for wedding planner extraordinaire - Veronica Vale.
And, oh, how they fly! The sexual tension was instantaneous and sizzling - something they didn't bother resisting for long. And, by crikey, that first sex scene...? Yowzers! *mops brow*
Unfortunately, Veronica isn't without her prejudices either, and once she finds out about Logan's wolfy side, she's one seriously unhappy camper. She feels she has every reason to despise werewolves since her sister was bitten and turned by one, changing both of their lives forever.
So you could say it's a case of opposites attract for Logan and Veronica, but I liked that, despite both of their initial reservations, there was no stupidity or stubborn mulishness involved. They're may have been a bit of hilarious sniping and growling, but then allowances were made, grown-up conversations were held, and there was no unfounded melodrama. Huzzah!
I'm definitely keen to try more from this author and I'm recommending this one to fans of lighter paranormal romance, with the emphasis on the romance rather than paranormal.

First off, I have to say I was given a free copy of this book by the author for a honest review.
I really enjoyed the chemistry between all the characters in this book - the relationships were a little different from the usual stories in this genre. It was a great read that kept me engrossed - so that meant I made sure I finished the book in one sitting!!
I hope that Kristen brings us some more of her wonderful Seattle Pack in future books!

Although this is the second in the series it can easily be read stand-alone. It takes place in the same world as the first book but the characters from that book only make a short appearance at the end.
Wedding planner Veronica Vale found out the hard way that werewolves exist when one bit and turned her sister. Now her sister is a werewolf and blissfully in love and Veronica is planning her wedding. Veronica is glad her sister has found some happiness but isn't thrilled with the idea of entertaining werewolves. She is afraid of them and thinks they are unstable.
Logan is a werewolf and former marine buddy of the groom. He has been asked to act as bodyguard to Veronica because unbeknownst to her, her “secret admirer” is a werewolf and has escalated into stalker leaving her creepy gifts that have been intercepted before they got to her. The attraction he feels for her is instantaneous and unlike anything he has felt before. Figures fate would hook him up with a werewolf hating human.
Can Logan save Veronica from her stalker? Can Veronica overcome her prejudice long enough to realize that not every were is a bad were and maybe the best thing that has ever happened to her.
This story proves that even werewolves can have Mommy issues and hatred hurts the hater the most. This is a sweet, funny and often deep story draped in the chaos of getting ready for a wedding. I look forward to the next adventure with the Seattle Wolf Pack.
I was lucky to have received an advanced e-copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Four Weddings and a Werewolf, Seattle Wolf Pack, by Kristin Miller
Grade: B
“Talking to me......for a pair of shoes?”
Logan Black has a very simple job: keep Veronica Vale safe and find the werewolf who is stalking her and stop him. As a former marine and a bodyguard for the Seattle wolf pack, Logan takes his job very seriously but Veronica calls to him on a different level and he has to have her. When Logan discovers Veronica is his mate he is determined to keep her safe and keep her forever.
Veronica Vale is one of the best wedding planners in the country and she has a strict no-going-home-with-wedding-guests rule but when she meets Logan Black she throws that out the window. Veronica expected a one night stand with Logan but not to find herself in love with a werewolf, trying to plan her sister’s wedding and fighting off the unwanted advances from a crazy stalker. Veronica is putting her life and future in Logan’s hands and hopefully they can have the future neither one knew they wanted.
I read the first book in this series and I really enjoyed it so I jumped at the chance to review Four Weddings and a Werewolf and I am so glad I did. Kristen Miller has created a wonderful world full of werewolves and the women who love them that I never want to leave. This book is funny, full of mystery but will also pull at your heart strings and if you’re like me will have to be read in one sitting because it is so good.
Logan is an alpha male badass and he made me swoon from the very first time he opened his mouth. I love reading about men who only have one night stands and never let anyone get close to them and then have them meet that one woman who knocks them for a loop. Watching Logan get tied up in knots over Veronica was very sweet, funny and had me staying up late reading because I had to know what was going to happen next.
I wasn’t as big of a fan of Veronica in the beginning but by the end I really liked her. I loved how nervous Logan makes Veronica and how he helps her grow a backbone and stand up for herself. Veronica and Logan make a great couple and I loved reading their story and I really hope to see them again in more Seattle Wolf Pack books (which I can’t wait to read!) in the future. This is a really great paranormal romance book, especially if you love those hairy alpha male werewolves.
