This book is worth owning for Cannon's illustrations alone!

I love this book; it's so nostalgic. The illustrations are beyond compare and the message is quite rewarding as well.

A more heartwarming version of The Ugly Duckling story, where differences don’t get between friends

Loved the gorgeous artwork! There is a mysterious quality to it that I can't quite identify - perhaps it has to do with the shade of blue the artist uses for the night sky?

A beautiful story about family, friendship and being true to yourself. What's not to love?
