A topic I'm very interested in. This book was recommended to me at the perfect time. The world is hurting, and I hope we can mend a part of it with a more conscious effort to connect.

interesting ideas and concepts, but it felt a bit like rambling or stream of consciousness versus a cohesive narrative.

"The power of gratitude can be delivered in the smallest of moments and those moments have the power to change how we see ourselves and the people around us. "

This was a really insightful book about how loneliness can affect humans. There was some helpful tips as well sound data. I really enjoyed it but I would definitely suggest eBook or hard copy. The audio was very dry sounding even though the material covered was excellent, it made it difficult to stay interested. 4 stars. Audio.
