| 64 of the most interesting pages I have read in CR, particularly this sub-genre. That is all I can say, I am a bit through the 2/3 right now and hope it stays how it has, which is intriguing, sexy, and engaging. Not rated, because it's 1/3. (less)

"These books are a great combination of sexy and fun, but lack just a small bit of more—more action, a more compelling romance—to fully have my love. However, give In Too Deep and Peyton Riley if you’re looking for a quick fix of suspense and sexy." Continue reading our review here.

The opposite of a slow burn and basically prologue, but I’m intrigued.

i might have screamed at that ending cuz holy cliffhanger batman! lol. but for real though i really enjoyed this. The author has an amazing way with words, such vivid writing, felt like i was there. Felt the heat between Mary and Carson for sure cuz daaaamn.

And the edge of secrecy layered throughout the whole thing. Of course at each page i kept wondering: who the hell is Mary? what's she hiding. great pacing, had me eating everything up and wanting more and that ending????!!! as i said above it came at me like BAM! :O

now i must know more because holy smokes that took a turn! luckily the next book's already out!!

Part one of an ongoing story, and when I say that it is because WOW BOY CLIFFHANGER. Fine with me, just be aware this is a three-part story and this isn't standalone. Mary is...something dodgy, we aren't sure what, running away from some sort of dangerous shenanigans. She goes on a diving holiday to a tiny private island to drop out of sight, and starts a holiday fling with a fellow guest, but a storm traps them there and means the intimacy starts getting more than physical. Then shit hits the fan, and I urgently need book 2 now. An intriguing opener.
