Charley and Reyes are back with more passion, mystery and humor than ever. Being the 5th book in the Charley series, I was expecting to be disappointed. Much to my surprise, this has become my favorite. Charley's antics and witticisms had me laughing out loud countless times. (I want that GPS app!) In the process of investigating an intriguing case of multiple murders, Charley interacts with many of the characters from the previous books as well as some new ones, of the human and ghostly variety. But best of all, the romance between Charley and Reyes just gets hotter and hotter! -- Kris E.

Yes, finished another one! The secrets are doled out in bits, leaving you with more questions than answers. But the story doesn't slow down long enough for you to realize you haven't moved in days! Just read it, that's all I'm saying.

Enjoyed the concept, didn't like all the gimmicky sayings and something about it was off for me. The sex was hot.

These keep getting better! I love Charley and wish she were real so we could hang out. She is hilarious and shares my obsession with coffee. Looking forward to continuing this series.

I can't give these books lower then four stars. At least at the moment I can't, I never know what the future holds and this one was the last one I had previously read.

Although this one felt like it took me a little more time to fully enjoy, I have finally given in to Reyes Farrow. You see...the men only had to be nicer and less of an ass for my heart to swoon for him. I am weak...

Charley never gets boring or annoying to me. After 5 books I don't know what to say more about her. I just like her character!

This is a really character driven series for me and in general I think. I love the crime solving and the action but really what keeps me so attached is the character's. Absolutely all of them.

One thing I will say I do not like is how the supernatural plot line if just thrown at you in 10 pages and never mentioned again. It is not the first book that is like that. It always seems so important and yet the information is just forced down your throat before disappearing. If it is suppose to be important please make me care about it!

Again this was an enjoyable book, I do plan to see this series to the end (there isn't many books that I don't follow till the end of the series) and I hope with how good the books have been it'll be a fitting ending.

There wasn't actually anything glaringly obvious that stood out for me to make it a bad book, the characters got developed a little more, there was more exploration of her powers, the story moved along.

It was a good read, the only reason it didn't get it's 5 stars was because it didn't immerse me completely into the world, it didn't want to make me stay up until the small hours of the morning to read it. It was still a good book, and the author did a good job.

Easily the shining star of all the books---we see a marked change in Reyes and in Charly,(for the better), and I love it. I loved it 3 years ago in Kindle and find that the audio version is even more wonderful!
