I thought this was a solid story, and I definitely didn't predict a lot of the stuff going on. I do love a mother fighting like heck for justice for her daughter. Seemed like kind of a
toxic lesbian relationship though. Like was everything consensual? Just a little sketchy.

This was another excellent thriller! I am really coming to enjoy Lisa Jewell's style, especially her endings: I love how she manages to pull off a totally believable (but also unforeseeable!) twist in the last chapter, and how she somehow ties together all the loose ends you forgot about (!) at the same time. It makes for SUCH a satisfying conclusion (and reading experience as well, because I feel like I can trust her with the story she's working to pull off). Excellent read, no notes :)

So good! I couldn’t put this one down. I relayed so much to Tallulah and loved that character right from the start. I just had to finish to know what happened. Loved the twists and turns and great ending!

I enjoyed it! Read it in one sitting.

Although I do agree with one of the other reviews here that it was a lot with the multiple jumping timelines, like past to present to even further past to even further present.

I liked this I think more than her other book then she was gone
