I enjoined the book as a big FNAF fan and as a way to get out of my reading slump even purchasing the graphic novel addition for more in-depth content. I enjoyed the plot overall however the books pacing was incredibly slow making it a little boring at times but the last 3 chapter blew me away , full of suspense and fear you’d feel playing the actual games the ending was pretty lacklustre and even though there are 2 more books in the series I dont intend on reading them just as the novel can be a little repetive and cliche. The book is called “The silver eyes” which I don’t think was explored diligently enough just a few references to glowing animatronics eyes which was a little disappointing. Overall a fun read and cant  wait for “FNAF 2 (the movie)”

I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this but I enjoyed it. I also wasn’t expecting for
Charlie to end up stopping William by making the spring locks kill him

as a fnaf fan this book is one of my favorite things ever. the lore and the animatronics are so important to me and i love how the book handled that in a more organized way than the game lore.

i do have some...logistical problems though, which is why the book is not 5⭐️

they did not even question the kids possessing the animatronics at ALL, they just accepted it so quickly at the end even though all they did was run for their lives in fear 😭 i understand that michael possessing golden freddy made them trust it but it really should've been more frightening. i also don't like that the animatronics don't even move until the 70% ish mark, i think if i wasn't already a fan who knew the lore that would make me so mad 😭 i also personally think that new fans who don't have context of the games (or even the movie by now) will struggle with reading this.

other than that it was great!

Since it's a fnaf book, I thought it would be much more "kiddie" than it was-- like sure, it had its moments, but it was actually decently scary and tense at times too.
