I found parts of this book unrealistic, and also stressful, but it was definitely fast-paced and a quick read. A page-turner.

I really enjoyed this book! It was a good action-y serial-killer mystery, with a sneaky twist ending! I would compare it to James Patterson's books for similar reading, and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys shows like CSI and other crime mystery.

Every single adult in this book annoyed me to some degree but good story nonetheless.

This book jumped right into the suspense, which I loved; however, the main character might be one of the most annoying people Chevy Stevens has dreamed up. I found myself wanting to yell and smack the crap out of her—she’s neurotic and always spazzing about something, struggling to keep herself under control and unable to think logically. All in all though, it was a good storyline and in typical Chevy Stevens fashion, there’s a little plot twist at the end.

I don't think it's possible to put down a Chevy Stephens book once you have it in your hands. I flew through this one, but can't help but feel a little disappointed in the ending. Not my favorite by her, but I'm still a big fan, wouldn't recommend skipping this one, and desperate to get hands on her next book!

I rarely have a book I don't want to put down but this one was amazing! It really took you through so much thrilling drama. I was constantly flipping pages quickly and ignoring other things I was supposed to be doing. I really liked Sara and how Chevy created her. Everything down to the last twists and turns of the book was great.

I liked "Still Missing" a lot, but this book got tedious pretty fast. I just wanted it move along quicker, and I found myself wanting to skip to the end just to find out how it wrapped up. Probably won't read any more by this author.

I was contacted by the publisher to receive a free ARC of this book. I read it in two days. Stevens knows how to write an amazing suspense novel. I should have suspected some continuity from the title - Never Knowing... Still Missing? Yes, this book also stars Nadine, the therapist from Stevens' first book. I like the idea that we're getting a peek into her case files, but I also hope that Stevens' next book is different. I think this one could have been more suspenseful if it wasn't told within the framework of therapy sessions. It worked for Still Missing because we were hearing about what had happened before. In Never Knowing, the story is happening as we read. I felt removed from the action because I was being told secondhand, through the sessions, instead of actually "experiencing" it. I think the sessions gave too much introspection and analysis to the action, almost telling the reader what to think instead of allowing ourselves to interpret.
There was also the twist ending, much like the one in Still Missing. I hope this is also discarded in Stevens' next novel. Some people may think the whole premise of the novel is far-fetched, but in my opinion the twist ending makes it more unbelievable. When things were wrapped up and twenty pages remained, I knew what was coming. In Still Missing, the twist helped wrap up the case. In Never Knowing, it seemed like Stevens was trying to pack in more punch. I think the story would have been stronger without it.
Like I said - I read this in two days. When I wasn't reading it, I was telling people about it. When I wasn't talking about it, I was thinking about it. It gets stuck in your head and makes your heart pound the entire time. I was reading it in broad daylight and it still creeped me out. It got under my skin. I loved it, and will re-read it and still be entertained by it.

Me esperaba bastante más de este libro porque la idea del argumento me gustaba, pero creo que se le ha sacado poco partido. A la protagonista no hay quien la aguante y eso no me ha ayudado precisamente a disfrutar el libro. Una lástima...
