Oh my gosh, this book! I'm adding it to my favorites of 2024! I went into this book mainly blind only knowing that the MC was bitten by a werewolf and there was a love triangle. And found family! (Love triangle and found family are my favorite tropes!)
Eilidh is a plus sized character and it was so wonderful to see her grow from someone who wasn't very confident to a lovely and badass main character! I know I mentioned it already, but the found family in this book was so wonderful! The author wrote this story so well that I felt like I was really there. There's wonderful spice, action, a different dimension, LGBT+ characters, and Bipoc characters. This book had everything and it was wonderful and I know I've already said that! Be warned, you will want the next book immediately! If I could, a million stars!

This book was slow paced at first, but it quickly picked up! I usually don't read sci-fi, but this book was just...amazing! We follow Judy on such a captivating journey of trying to recover her memories. This story was dark, and so suspenseful. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys thrillers with a dash of supernatural!

This book was so sad. Listening to Joanne tell the readers about her childhood and everything that happened to her was just heartbreaking and a little to relatable. It can be eye opening for those who had a great childhood. The author did a fantastic job of telling her childhood through her adulthood. So many things happened to her and her family. It's an amazing story of survival, breaking cycles and family. I really hope Joanne is okay and her family!

From the very first chapter I knew this book was going to be an amazing read! It was very hard to put down at times. If I could have, I would have read it in one sitting! This was the perfect book for spooky season!
Mari has gone through so much in so little time. She lost her brother to cancer very quickly. As a result this has made her a recluse. She is taking care of her mother who is still grieving and is just a shell of who she was. Her mother doesn't even notice Mari when she is home.
Mari runs into some new neighbors that are around her age and she feels a pull to Ash's sister Clover. They develop a fast friendship. As things develop, we learn more about Mari and her brother. This story was just so beautiful and tragic.
I don't want to give anything away about this wonderful story. The end of this story I was biting my nails (they're nubs now) my heart was racing! If you want a great paranormal story that is tragic, mysterious and just all around creepy? Check this book out. I can't even put into words how much I loved this story!

I loved this book a little more than the first! This one follows Shayla and Biris. Biris is a spy for the high priest of the witches and warlocks. I loved seeing his side of the story and how he is conflicted with everything he has to do to stay alive.
Shayla was such a a fun and strong FMC, I loved her right away! The relationship with Biris was insta love and I'm starting to love this trope more because of this series! This book was a bit darker than the first. It was a little steamy as well. I can't wait to read the next in the series!

This was a perfect spooky read for spooky season! I went into this book blind and I loved it so much! I was sucked into the story from the first page. It had everything I wanted for a spooky read and there was even a little dash of romance in there! Highly recommend this amazing book! I can't wait for the next book this author releases!
