I didn't think I would be as moved as I was. This graphic novel was the perfect medium for this memoir and hit all the best storytelling points. It made me laugh out loud, cry and I had a hard time putting it down. One of the best books I've read and it somehow perfectly captured the Mexican-American experience at any age!
