The Fear of Doing Nothing: Notes of a Young Therapist by Valery Hazanov

emotional hopeful inspiring reflective fast-paced
it’s the best psychology book i read in this period of deep reading i had which started in late January. and i believe because it’s not about conventional psychology. this reads like a series, like a show — one can feel all the feelings, see all the people. i just loved it and not that it changed me much as a person, i just felt like home with its rumblings about not belonging and questioning the authority of academia (sprinkled with deep longing for moscow air)

it falls a little short from my expectations cause it’s only about conventional way of living. i don’t condone it but it’s not something i’d like to live like.

I liked the plot wrapping -- one of the best I've read in ages.
The key part, though, is just annoying.
