I can’t say I enjoyed this one as much as Audrey’s other books that I’ve read. It was slow to start with like dragged for me before picking up towards the end.

Cash is a prolific serial deleter going from town to town, having perfected his covers ups so that he isn’t found. He stalks our FMC Remedy, viewing her through a cavity in her wall, setting up cameras and linking to her laptop. He assumes the identity of a recluse and reaches out to her company to employ her as a PA. This leads us into the story, the why’s, the what’s and the where’s plus more bl00d and m**drs.

Do read the trigger warnings. There are some graphic scenes depicted. For me it was an ok read and did have somewhat of an HEA 🤣

Not gonna lie, this is one of those WTF did I just read books 🤭 It’s a short extreme horror novella with a splash of humour. To which I freely admit I did scoff and giggle at parts.

Please do not read this if you can’t handle extreme gore, m*rder of all ages, bl00d, and supernatural control 🤷🏻‍♀️ etc.

I beginning to think I have lost not only my marbles but any sense of sanity now…naw! I never had it in the first place 🤣🤣🤣

In some parts it’s fast paced, in others it’s just repetitive. I realised quite quickly it’s written in broken English, the misspelt words, sentences not making sense, don’t get me wrong you can interpret them it just takes you away from the story.

The storyline I didn’t find that captivating, the spice was mainly MM which was just ok, they then meet the FMC who is as unhinged as them one good point of the whole book, they did engage in MMMF spice a little bit. The serial killing part was just bland with no real fanfare, yes, there were a couple of twists but nothing 🤯 worthy.

For me if the author had got a good editor or proofreader to go through it and pick up on all the errors I’m sure it would have flowed much better.

Not gonna lie I needed to process this one. It’s over 500 pages of enthralling story with multiple POVs, it follows on nicely from Red Rabbit (though I did read that back in Feb 24) I still remembered that storyline 😬

This book pulls you in from the start, telling us their story starting in the present before it throws us back to the guys stories in the past before the warren. It encapsulates into each of their lives, what they went through, how they combatted their darkness (in more ways than one). It’s deep, it’s dark, there’s despair and disillusionment, at times you feel they are lost to the game and you just want to jump in the book and help 🫣 There are twists and intrigue along the way, some of what we read in Red Rabbit is answered, though I still feel some questions weren’t but in another vain do I need them to be 🤣

All in all, this is a fantastic read. I will state though there is v!0lence, bl00d, g0re, SA, torture, psychological manipulation, mutilations, so please read the trigger warnings.

Still trying to get this one from knocking around in my head 🤭 Honestly, I’m not sure if this one was en par with Take Me, better, worse or the same…it is a series so they are interconnected and set in the same place (I’m still waiting for an invite 😬🫣)  I do not mean that in a bad way, as each had the pitch 5 & M (Dom/sub & Master/slave) elements just different approaches in their depravity.

I won’t go into great detail or give spoilers as you know if you follow me 😊 A quick rundown, Emma wants to try a little BD5M, her b/f makes her feel ‘dirty’ for even broaching the subject 🤷🏻‍♀️ ifykyk. Ears were listening, she is kidnapped and taken, awakening in a cell. Her life as she knows it changes, is it for the better? Is it worse than what she knew? No-one but Emma can answer that question and here as a reader, you will struggle with what you’re taught and what your brain interprets, this is how well Ella gets your head in the game and comes from her knowledge of that headspace/submission/subspace 🤭

To summarise; I devoured this book in one go, just couldn’t put it down, it hangs, draws and quarters you! It does put you back together again however, your brain will still process it long after you’ve finished. Where’s your head at 🤯⛓️🖤

Not a very long book but nonetheless a great read. It tells us the love story of our MCs, their backgrounds and especially our MMCs, as this is what turns him to a s3rial k!ll3r. Theirs is a fast move from meeting, dating and marrying. It’s not all sunshine and light though, as he doesn’t tell her what he does at night when he disappears from their marital bed and she hasn’t told him what she’s done. That is until one night when something happens that ensures their secrets come out, it only makes their love grow stronger.

I totally enjoyed the dynamics of the pair, the descriptive writing of his vigilante
k!ll!ngs is great 💋 and the smut is spicy 🌶️.

Lead us not into temptation 🤔 Yeah, Dante didn’t get that memo as he takes our FMC Madison and escorts her down a path of the less righteous. Upon hearing her melodic voice in the confessional, he falls for her angelic tones, little does he know that Madison is barely virtuous herself but the fun is in learning that along the way.

Both are running from a past that each knows nothing about, though Madison fears for her life after escaping a forced marriage. His past is far worse but he found his peace when he became a priest that is until he met her and everything changes for them both.

It was a quick, satisfying read. I didn’t feel as though it was as dark as Selena’s other books that I’ve read 🖤

As expected from Ella this one was dark, in more sense than one 🤭 Depraved, debauchery with all the non con, D/s and restraints to assist the assailant. And I cannot lie, I totally enjoyed it 🖤⛓️ READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS ⛔️

It’s a short novella exploring our FMCs fantasies without her consent, as she write stories on her work computer…seems a tad stupid thing to do but ya’ know it’s fiction 🤣

I’m so glad Ella is making this into a full book, so we can see Sarah grow into her submissive side.

I swallow hard. "It's just a fantasy. I don't want any of that in real life."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Yes. It's like rape fantasies. Most women have them.
That doesn't mean they want to be raped."

I love that this follows on with the club and we have still got the initial characters from Leather Dreams interconnected within this storyline.

This proceeds with the story of ‘Crow’ and her three men, though not as a whole group at first. There is a lead of sorts into their coming together, though for me this felt hasty, like light bulbs suddenly went off and they acted upon it, straightaway with no relationship build up. However, they did realise what they had done to affect her emotions, though it took her being attacked for that to happen and had it been longer I’m sure this could have led us into a whole spicy time with all four…maybe a little bit on their D/s dynamic.

I would have liked a little more background on her ex-boyfriend too, just to give us more insight. All in all I was pleased with the story and finished it in one sitting. Looking forward to the next Black Vipers escapades.

I appreciate the opportunity of reading this copy and the above it my voluntary forthright review.

There’s maybe a small, minute, tiny part of me…ok, big, huge, enormous part of me that would love to be on that Island and not just for a man like Ezra 🤭

This island is a retreat to mistreat and defeat the criminals, SArs, paedophiles etc. It’s where s3rial k!llers go to enjoy their chosen sport whilst also on vacation 🤭🤭 Our FMC is a prolific one, her method and signature give her, her SK name as do most of the visitors to this spot. She meets a fellow SK and his brother en route but doesn’t know he’s one of them until their private plane ride…and by ride I mean more than sitting on a seat 🥵

The story goes into details of the bl00d games, we also follow of MCs story and it’s not all what it seems. Amongst the k!lling, secrets and lies there is an HeA.

Loved it, though I do enjoy reading Lauren’s books she never leaves me disappointed 🫶
